There was a few, but yeah I know which bit you meant.

I know exactly the bit Digi meant and I'm very happy with it

What I'm not getting is how they managed to produce 2 such utterly dull seasons and then get this (so far) absolutely nailed on. Wikipedia tells me Terry Matalas was sole show runner for s3, and co-showrunner for s2 and nothing to do with S1, so I guess it's his input more than anything, and the lack of Chabon and Kurtzman (and let's be honest Kurtman's CV is a treasure trove of utter mediocrity..)

That was a good ride and I can definitely get behind seeing this old bunch ride out one more time. Kind of like having The Undiscovered Country all over again. 

I don’t think the idea is as interesting as series 1 and 2 but this is definitely a golden era of Trek

Ok, so that moment... very cool. 

I'm now actually relishing the release schedule. I cannot remember the last time I looked forward to a day for TV like this.

Titan dropping out of warp exactly where it needs to be to break the tractor beam, or the salvo of torpedoes as an answer, both were pretty cool...

Actually, no.

I meant the Worf moment. Even better, it was done with modern fight choreography, so he actually looked scary.

But...honestly, there were lots of cool moments, way more than I expected.

Ahh yes also cool, but also yes... from fairly ropey beginnings "modern trek" has been finding it's feet.

I also liked 

That Captain Shaw is becoming fantastically likeable.  Especially when even he realises how different things are if its Picards son, he's still Starfleet.
