Since the lockdown I've played nothing but my LP Junior.

    Great sound and so straightforward.

Still my 94 McCarty.   It’s the nicest playing guitar I have ever had.   My Tokai Ls-150 Paul has been gigged a ton though too   If only I could make something as good as the McCarty !

Love Teles.  Love Japanese Fenders.  Number one would be the black '50s reissue on the left...owned from new in '95, now carrying a fair amount of nibbles and knocks, the frets need work, lives in DADGAD, feels like a part of me.  The '62 Custom on the right runs it close some days...mid-noughties, HS Filtertron at the neck, stays in standard, sounds big 'n classy.

Pic of mine cause Dropbox/the editor was being a shit and not showing the photo in my last post. It's a bit less deep cherry in person and more brown/orangey in brighy sunlight which I love - just wish it looked like that all the time.

My self-built strat is the only guitar that gets a look in these days. It's not a perfect build but I love it dearly.

Shows off the colour a bit better! I think it's a 2pc body but the join is almost seamless - think I can see a tiny join line on the back.

Still my Goldtop LPJ. Mainly because it's the one I've put the most work into, and also it sounds epic.

I've not got a "number one". Either my the Paul or my (60s RW) strat depending on what I'm playing or just what I fancy at the time. I could probably get away with just having one electric, I just like having a couple of rather different guitars. Tbh even though they are very different types of guitar, playing the same stuff with the same amp/pedal setup they can sound quite similar.

After playing mostly acoustic for the last forever, lockdown's made me go electric again and I've been falling back in love with my Mirrortop.
