This is total and utter shit. I'd be really interested to find out who this was, got to be someone on here. 

I don't see why it has to be someone on here and if we discover that it was then they are going to be getting banned.

Not at all. We have the random invaders who post up porn links, cheap shoes online, all sorts. It happens on all boards. Perfectly feasible that someone might crib the Peach number and do something stupid.

Threatening peach is pretty stupid I'm not sure exactly what you can threaten them about... They aren't the lying party in all this
