It is good for Peach that they won't lose out but we need a dealer to come out and speak the truth about all of this. A month ago Mason was spouting forth on HRI about shills and a competitor doing a number on him.

That's a lot of allegations without any fucking shred of public evidence whereas members of the public have thrown up a lot of evidence to back up the assertion that he's a devious arse of the fraudulent kind. Now he's offering to take back the pedals he has sold to a dealer and I am sure others will follow suit. 

Note that last week the Vertex website said the Axis wah was discontinued. It's now back to 'sold out'.

I wonder what he will do with all those returns? Degoop, rebrand, flog them cheap? I think this has got a long way to go before it all 'works out in the end'.

I can't imagine any dealer coming out and saying much, really. Much like people posted in the TGP threads before they were closed, it might be opening them up to legal matters. Probably (and hopefully, since they didn't know) not as much as it'd open Mason up if he admitted it, but even still, probably doesn't make much sense to take the chance, either. I wouldn't really blame them, either.

And that's where this whole affair goes tits up. Even mad Ken came out and admitted he was a fraud with Freekish Blues.

I know dealers won't say anything because they might get the legal hammer applied to them and that's a lousy state of affairs when they aren't the ones at fault.

How about  a joint venture. We call it lucky dip pedals, we take 5 or 6 common circuits fire them in afore mentioned hand painted enclosures and goop them up good. See if anyone can even tell the difference.
