Pickguard is now fitted, but I need to make a little block to fit on the back of the pickguard. The bracket I have came with a metal block that screws into the pickguard.

Drop fill is in progress, waiting for the black drop to dry a bit before building up with clear.

And, the sharp posts have been dealt with using a dremel cut off wheel, grindy bit and polishing bit with some rouge. Much comfier!
