Not a great film, hokey is the best word to describe it. It also has Ed Sheeran acting as an exaggerated version of himself. I'd say 6/10 at best.
But horses for courses, different strokes for different folks, if we all liked the same thing we'd all be married to your father.

Bit of trading feedback here.
Heartfelt story about a ‘white trash’ family, whereby the main character’s (played by Sienna Miller) sixteen year old daughter goes missing leaving Miller to raise her grandson.
It’s is all car crash stuff, and quite an honest depiction of relatively poor Delaware residents trying to find direction and meaning.
Supporting cast of Aaron Paul and Christina Hendricks do their best, but the film never quite hits its potential.
May have been better if it had stayed a bit more art house.
6/10
Not a huge amount to add to what’s already been said, other than that as a big Beatles fan I found it less jarring than I had possibly expected, and it shows the sheer quality of their songs very well. The best bit was something I wasn’t quite expecting but was very well done. (Spoiler avoidance.)
The overly ever-present Lily James was slightly less irritating than usual too…
7/10

A great deal of money was spent on the making of this pile of garbage. Kenneth Branagh is hilariously bad and that's the best thing about it.
He is utterly terrifying, easily one of the best baddies in any film. A Terminator in human form.

Directed by Simon Bird from The Inbetweeners, this is a lighthearted take on a young lad's summer hols stuck at home with his Mum. He is into Heavy Metal and being teenage (lots of grumpy attitude and angst due to being teenage and the fact his Dad left the family unit for a new life in Florida some ten years earlier) whilst his Mum is trying to have a semblance of a life.
Earl Cave (one of Nick Cave's sons) does very well in the lead role - manages to be quite unlikeable whilst still charismatic and garnering our sympathy.
It is engaging and enjoyable, not very demanding (fine by me) and made me think/chuckle about when I was that age.
A pleasant 6.5/10
A Wes Anderson film so it has his usual stylised direction and quirkiness. It's quite a fun film about two kids running away although the plot is a bit inconsequential. Quite a few big name actors (apart from the kids) playing out of character supporting roles.
It's non-taxing nonsense but it's reasonably entertaining - 7/10
Dramatisation of the Iranian Embassy siege back in 1980 and the SAS going in to end it.
I thought this was really well done, despite knowing the outcome and having seen a few docus, it managed to keep the tension up. A few liberities taken but nothing too jarring.
Only downside was the really annoying over the top accent that the lady playing Kate Adie used.
I did likewise enjoy the film a lot. It actually increased MrsICBM's appreciation for the Beatles too, which is a side benefit.
