eBay reduced final value fee offers

My main account has received the 70% offer today (I don't get the 80% these days) but a minor eBay account that I have but don't use has received the £1 offer.

I have received the offer today (80%), I always receive the offer every two weeks for the past two years, it used to be £1 final fee but I guess they changed it or it became incredibly rare.

I've received the offer today and activated it from the email they sent.

Is there anything else I need to do when I list an item, or does everything I list within the offer duration automatically apply?

You don't need to do anything else once you've activated it. The T & C's say it applies to up to 100 listings within the offer duration.

It does say here that to be eligible for the offer you need to update your details to let eBay manage your payments

I did that and it then told me that this offer is available by invitation only.
