I did try one - actually the more basic G3, without the wah - it was quite good. I had the bass version for a while too. Still prefer the Boss, but I could live with the Zoom.

Assuming I was using an amp with reverb and trem I’d have fuzz > tuner > phaser > tape echo.

If I was being super basic I’d be able to cope with just fuzz.

But that amp only has one sound - However what a one sound it is and very rarely do you come across a pedal that captures that sound, so well
