Whilst its not my plaice to say, its a sign of the times. With the absence of sustainable fish, the market has to fillet somehow.
The whole sustainable fish agenda from yesteryear was just a load of pollacks. People have scaled up their operations for cheaper fish and sell it on the net. The bream of profits over quality  has been turbot charged since covid and we will all continue to take a battering.

Actually no. They used to live on the marine life that in turn fed off whale 541t but since we killed all the whales most of the cod's food supply disappeared. This is why the fish stocks never recovered when factory fishing was banned.
