Nope, I'm not medically qualified to say what is causing the condition resulting in the reported observed symptoms.
 Just pointing toward conditions that might cause symptoms like those described. 
And it is a sinus, not sinuse... sorry, couldn't let it lie :-D

I’m still in the throes of fatigue, 3 weeks after having a bad cold. I’m guessing that was Covid? It’s awful- I can’t focus & my motivation is really limited. Taken so much time off work & unable to catch up. It sucks.

When I had it in winter i had bad fever for a couple of days, symptoms lasted about a week,  but only tested negative after ten days. Thing is I definitely had fatigue for about six weeks after. I'd feel ok in the mornings and then about 5 or 6 pm I'd just run out of steam. It did just go away eventually but I'd say it's pretty common to have some lingering effects. Weirdly the second time I had it it wasn't nearly as bad (I assume either I was slightly immune or just a weaker strain of the virus?)

Anyway hope you feel better soon, make sure you get plenty of rest.

Played a gig on Sunday then, yesterday evening, the singer informs us that she's tested positive for COVID and is feeling shit.  Then I start reading this thread and, of course, I can feel a sore throat and a headache coming on plus I'm coughing with increasing frequency.

This morning - I'm fine.  Such is the power of sugestion.

Weighed on the Doc's scales.....one stone underweight

She says the C19 is RIFE at the moment and can take up to 12 weeks to recover. Beyond the 12 weeks is officially Long Covid territory

I have spinal issues and other health issues and struggle to do what I can (some say too much) to keep all my ailments under control and manageable....walks/weights/exercises

Since I got a cold in Dec last year (don't think it was Covid because it was nothing like this current infection) I have been struggling big time to make up the gains I managed from the year before and was just getting a handle on things when this latest set back struck. Stress and depression are through the roof too and it is really difficult to be hopeful about the future,any future

Taking that post at face value, maybe wander down to whatever church is nearby?  The flavour is probably unimportant.  I'm feeling that a face-to-face chat with another human might help.
