Quiet one for miss d8m and myself.

Normally have a get together with a couple of friends but they are working tonight (Having a belated NYE bash tomorrow evening!)

Got some nice steak in the fridge, couple of bottles of wine, couple of films and a toasty house so cant complain!

Me and Ali are having a quiet one tonight with WIne and Jools Holland as going to Fire in Vauxhall on Friday for a big party and thought rather save tonight and go large Fri.

Nuffink. MrsF is working on a deal closing until 11pm and I'm ill. That means playstation and takeaway. Not a bad evening tbh. I've never been a big fan of NYE

wife at work til 6pm so me and the kids are getting stuff ready which includes a cheesy pineapple hedgehog and a proper Birds trifle, none of that fresh home made rubbish like we normally have, you gotta pull all the stops for NYE and have dream topping

Took some time of the booze last year after Christmas and done the same as of this morning. 

I packed in from Dec 27th to Feb 15th and I fancy doing similar this year (have to start again due to Mrs Voo's birthday), so I reckon a night in, maybe a takeaway, lock the door from my usual boozy suspects and start watching True Detective. Maybe smash a whole season in tonight if I can get the kids off to sleep early.

Whatever anyone is doing I hope it's fantastic for one and all!

Agree it's another night where one day becomes another at midnight, but this time people make promises about how things will be better from now on.

Nothing - PS3 and whatever booze leftover from Chrimbo. Been working all day and back to work Friday, not really fussed tbh.
