Just been to our favourite Indian restaurant. Will now be a struggle to find something good on the TV, everyone will go to bed except me as I have to distract the dog with his squeaky hippo between midnight and about half past when idiots set off fireworks. Next door seem to be having people round so if I can hear them I will start the new year telling them to piss off.

Most depressing new years eve ever, wife is sleeping on sofa, daughter in her room intravenously connected to various technology's, 4 year old is in bed and my dog is sleeping after his walk. Not a drop of alcohol in the house I like and sod all on TV.

So bed or see in 2015 alone, such decisions

NYE is a pretty average evening unless your under 25 I reckon-i worked last year and had a laugh, the year before I was in bed by 10pm....I'm boozed out by this time of the festivities....forcing red wine down my throat after half a bottle of gin-worse ways of spending an evening-I'd hate to be out and about though-would prefer to be out gigging to be honest.
