Apparently, I'm told, research has decided that one does oneself harm by leaving tea bags in to stew, for a nice strong cupper. Harmful tannin levels or some such. Well, fuck that, I'm not drinking piss weak tea.

Not today, but the other week I learned that you can set a bead on a truck or car tyre with only a foot pump and lots of Windex and Fairy solution by tightening a ratchet strap around the perimeter of the tread.  Very handy to know of you have some tyre levers.

I had learned that to get the benefits of the anti oxidants in tea you have to brew it for at least 3 minutes. No health benefit to decaf tea.

And I have just learned how the final series of the Mentalist ends. Thats many hours of shite telly I've watched to get that far.

Rooibos has health benefits, no caffeine.  It tastes different but I prefer it.  I make mine quite strong, with milk, no sugar.  I just get the Tick Tock brand stuff.

I just leave my bag in for the hole cuppa then fish it out when I'm done....I assume research will tell me that's bad   [-O<
