The guy next to me at work purposefully got an "I love One Direction" mug for that reason (or at least that's what he claims!!) Anyway it sounds as if your colleagues need to be better at recycling if they're filling the bin with lunch packaging - maybe the new bin they brought up could be used for that? At last that would stop you looking like slobs who overfill 2 bins but refuse to empty it.
