    I associate certain music with my ex - more by era than emotional significance. Fortunately, the music which I have the greatest emotional connection to remains undimmed by the loss. I found John Martyn's 'Grace and Danger' and The Blue Nile's 'Hats' heart-breaking before I was heart-broken....

  • I can't currently listen to anything I've written and recorded over the last 3 1/2 years as all of it has an emotional attachment to my very recent ex, which is a bit of a downer.

    I'm hoping I can get back to doing some new stuff soon to help get beyond that.
