Great knock by Stokes but watch England paper over the cracks again as a result.

England won't change anything. It'll be business as usual, back slaps all round and pretend like Friday didn't happen. Again. It's harder to get out of that team than it is to get into it.

Because I like cricket. 

But liking cricket doesn't mean I need to like grown men who mock disabled kids. Shocking I know.

I see stokes went into full on one day mode there, fabulous hitting, but only when the time was right.

If this team could take lessons from that, they would be far more consistent.

This series does seem to be about individual batsman rising above collective batting dross.

Great cricketer for sure, but there's been occasions where he's behaved like a piss-poor human being. Hopefully as he matures as a cricketer, he'll also mature into a better person.
