I wouldn't worry about that.  An Eastman arch top is fairly lightly built and concussion would be the worst thing that could occur. 

If you'd bought a Les Paul that'd be a different issue.

I think you will find that an Eastman is considerably better for inflicting death with, than the equivalent Gibson. It's the exquisite quality of the woods and craftsmanship.

Anyway, the guy deserves it really. He's destroyed the future of Richard's children.
