Have you considered a Nissan 370Z or Toyota GT6?
Or Boxster S 3.4?
Or second hand Mustang V8?
Its not a coupe, but its nutty and in budget - the Lexus ISS, 5 litre, V8, silly fast and noisy
Out of your list I'd have the Cayman. Lovely looking cars too.
Merc SL500 or 350?
Or BMW 335 (the twin turbo) coupe or convertible and get it chipped. Friend had one and it was ridiculously quick. Wheel spinning at 90mph on gear change, etc etc. Very funny.
Could you get a DB7 or Vantage at the top of your budget?
The Dong Mk II ?
Spend more...Jaguar F type...no brainer.
Otherwise, XKR may be not the best interior but the drive is exquisite...get the 5.0 Portfolio, everything on it & just glide man !! And you can get golf bats in the boot (or cricket bats in your case).

It's a music thing.
Years back, Porsche had a house band (cringingly named Suzie and the Boxsters) of which I was part.
We played the Porsche exhib at the Le Mans 24 Hour Race in 2006 or 7 and Henry was just pissed and got fucking rude during the gigs to the point I told him to fuck off or I'd fuck him off.
I also despise his pricing and the fact he believes he's immune to the stat 3 month warranty. As Porsche specialists go he's marginally behind Harry @ Portiacraft when it comes to sharp practice.
Jonathan @ Cridfords is a great mate of mine.

It looks lovely but is a bit of a shock. Black; dark blue; dark grey - yes; red - probably but light tan - I couldn't.
Never been to Cridfords but have only heard good things about them.
Sensational.
Might have a re-think

What: BMW 635d black, pan roof, cream leather
Miles: 40k Age 2010 As noted I was changing my car a couple of weeks back. After a lot of thinking and agonising, I decided to actually drive the things and the one I fell totally in love with was the big BM.
Incredibly quick, frugal for a twin turbo diesel (40mpg+), the 'sport' mode is just silly quick. Very comfortable and basically I'm over the moon with it. No back seat but a big enough boot to gig with.

pictures of course.....
thought about chipping it? Friend of mine had the same engine in a 3, had it chipped and it was a monster. So fast.
mind you, fast enough without, and very smooth.
Auto or manual? Guessing auto
