I always thought tuna was the chicken of the sea, but I think that particular moniker's been given to lots of marine life.

Lamb of the sky is pigeon, maybe? 

Sea cucumber of the land is some kind of edible snail?

I haven't used Google (if I'm right) because where's the fun in that? If I'm wrong then it'll be fucking obvious I didn't Google it

Tuna tastes like chicken (and it's a brand of tinned tuna) /
The sound a male common snipe makes when it's out on the pull is said to sound like a goat or a sheep /
The velvet of the silka deer is said to be equal to the sea cucumber when it comes to Chinese medicine /
