@BintyTwanger77 .......nice......when I was 15/16 and started playing these were amongst my top guitarists of the time, along with several other 'indie' guitarists such as Andy Bell, Mark Gardner, Martin Carr, John Squire of course..... However, attempting to play or work out their songs proved very difficult form basic blues/pentatonic skills.......... you really need to know your chords and the major/minor scales......... it was much easier when grunge came along! 25 years later I think I'm ready to go back and tackle the songs of this period. The first two Suede albums, Modern Life is Rubbish, A Storm In Heaven... incredible and inventive playing on these. Johnny Marr tho.......... so hard to play the Smiths.
