That's pretty much my list. I was never good enough on Pac Land to get over the longer pool, and never good enough at Track n Field to go round a 2nd time.

I was top on Hyper Sports tho.

The trick with Track and Field was to hammer the run buttons on the high jump and hammer throw for extra height and distance. 45 degrees on long jump and 47 degrees on javelin.

It all ended up getting a bit OTT - I was importing machines from USA and Europe, had about 60 machines at any one time in the house/workshop storage, etc, etc.

I ended up selling a load to a museum in Denmark (packing and palleting for shipping was entertaining!), most of the rest to various collectors/museums in the UK and kept a few, although I gradually disposed of these too.

I'm planning on re-acquiring a few once we've moved house.

He gets massive points for the Robotron machine though, I'd be all over that. It was the game that was pretty much the gateway drug for my all-consuming Geometry Wars addiction in the mid '00s.

The Hammer was infuriating! There was so much luck involved in that one discipline. I could do everything else well but that was a real bugger!
