First - can not possibly remember that far back.  :o

Most recent - a pre-owned copy of James Burton and Ralph Mooney - Corn Pickin' And Slick Slidin'.

Until a week ago, that was my most recent purchase.
You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.

First:  Harry Christophers, The Sixteen, music of John Taverner

Last:  Silversun Pickups, Widows Weeds,  bought on 4th April 2019 and was still in shrink wrap when I sold it to Music Magpie last year.

First I remember because it was this new-fangled CD thing which was supposed to sound great.
The last I remember because I didn't play it.  That's when I realised CDs were no use to me any more and I looked at over 2,000 of them and thought, "What am I going to do with you lot?"

First. I can't remember, but it might have been Youthanasia by Megadeth. Last one I bought was a Swervedriver CD and the Zwan CD (which I had sold a few years ago). I got rid of most of my collection over the last few years, and have a shoe box (or 2 shoes boxes) left full of my favourites, and I will most likely leave it at that.

It's got me missing some of my old cds too! Especially with the Neil Young thing (glad I ripped em).
Ten years too late and still getting it wrong
