Within my dietary restrictions I pretty much like everything. There are things I won't have because they're too dull though.

I don't eat a lot of fruit, but I do like bananas in Banoffee pie, apples in apple crumble, pineapple on a pizza, strawberries in strawberry jam, and mango in mango chutney.

    Oh, and limes in G&T.

Emp - Is it something about goats?
If you are offered Feta cheese made from sheep's milk do you eat that?
Feta is halfway between goat's cheese and cow's cheese for me.  If it's in a salad I'll pick at small pieces of it, but it's not something I'd specifically order.  Feta isn't anywhere near as strong as goat's cheese though.

I too don't get the hate for onions....  I absolutely love them !!  I'll eat them raw.  Red onions are stunning in salads, white (brown) onions I use in almost everything.

Goat's cheese isn't 'strong', not compared to other cheeses, anyway.

Olives, Anchovies and Blue Cheeses are fowl, although I imagine some weirdo would regard those ingredients as a recipe for a midday smoothie.

and lots of different goats cheeses anyway, some are very mild. I don't think I've ever met a cheese I didn't like ( although cheap mild cheddar type stuff isn't very interesting).

You're right, I was thinking of foul.  It has to be said: homophones have a lot to answer for.

Broccoli.  Ten years ago nobody had heard of it - now it's bloody everywhere.  Broccoli & Stilton soup fer chrissake.  Broccoli & salmon fish-cakes.  Where will it end?   :-O

Oranges - hate the texture, the taste, even the smell is horrible. I don't like being in the same room as someone who's eating one.

Onions - nasty slippery texture, taste pretty horrible too. And as @chrispy108 said, they get glossed over as an ingredient, that's annoying.

Celery - one of the vilest tastes I've ever experienced.

Ginger - the foul-tasting poor relation of the root vegetables. Can't stand it in anything.

    Dried fruit. FUCK that.

Sandwich pickle. Why anyone would ever even consider pushing that through their face is beyond me. Vile.

I once had a Bounty as a child and was nearly sick. Not a fan of coconut either.

Broccoli is possibly one of my favourite foods. As is celery. Most things that are edible and not moving I'll eat, coleslaw is about the only thing I object to the taste of, mussels I like, but give me stomach cramps, as does the combination of coffee and kiwi fruit for reasons I don't understand. Never tried dog but probably wouldn't eat it.
Norwegian brown cheese. Horrible stuff if regarded as cheese, there are versions with fruit eaten at Christmas which led me to realise you have to regard it more as a caramel spread. Still not entirely pleasant, but can eat without feeling ill.
Goats' cheese definitely comes in a range of strengths, quite often you get maxed up versions the point of which seems to be to prove it's goats' cheese, but milder ones tend to be nicer.
Edit: haven't tried century eggs, have tried salted eggs, the main impression being that they're very salty.
