Also blagged from @GavRichList....... He really needs to improve his security let me tell you. Gets played most days too. It's an amazing guitar. The Tokai I picked up from eBay a while ago, I have a love/hate relationship with it! Not least the shit nitro they use. Some days I want to sell it, other days I think about which mods will make it work better for me.... (To be honest, my Les Paul is so good, it has a rough time living up to it)

The yard is nothing but a fence, the sun just hurts my eyes...

I love the variety we have here. We’ve got some guitars that are worth many thousands of pounds and some that are worth hundreds.

I’m a big ES 3*5 and Rickenbacker fan.  It’s nice seeing what else everyone has though. I hope we have more posts.

@HarrySeven hasn’t posted yet. I suppose it could take him a very long time to photograph everything in his warehouse. I’ve heard it takes about two days to walk from one end to the other.

    My Aria.
When I was extremely down on my luck many years ago and only had a bag of clothes and a passport to my name my girlfriend and I dropped in at an old friend of hers. He played piano and I jammed with him on his Aria which had been propped up in a corner of his dining room.

We had a few drinks and stayed the night, and when we got home the following afternoon found he'd sneaked this into the boot of my girlfriend's car as a gift.

I just assumed it was one of those amazing flame topped Hamer guitars until you asked and I saw the different headstock shape and the Patrick James Eggle headstock logo.

Ah, cheers Bill.  Didn't recognise the headstock logo.

I would've posted my much-used photo of my Gibson Lee Roy Parnell CS-336, but that photo, wherever it ultimately lived, seems to have vanished.  Oh well.  You can imagine it, it's like a black ES-335, only smaller and with an ebony board and dot inlays.

It's an Eggle Macon DC. Love this thing!
No, it's not normal - firstly he doesn't make many DCs at all (max 5 a year), and all the others I've seen have carved tops where this is flat. Plus I didn't get on with the pickups I ordered it with so had Mojo Staplebuckers put in, and I also had Pat make a bakelite pickguard for it. I soil it with my awful hamfisted plinkings but it's fabulous to look at, hold and play.
