What's your favourite analogue delay pedal?

I love warm analogue delays. I used to own a Carlsbro Echo many years ago that I foolishly sold on. I also really loved the Red Witch Violetta, it having a gorgeous modulation, but using a rechargeable battery I decided to avoid, cos getting a replacement later on down the line would be problematic.
I've got a cheap Mooer which is OK but would like something a bit better and warmer.
Do you folks have a particular fav analogue delay that is your goto?

I only have experience with my MXR Carbon Copy but it fits the mold. Analog. Warm. Iconic. It’s a great pedal.

Soundwise mine is the Asheville ADG-1. Utterly gorgeous thing. If it had tap tempo I doubt I'd ever look at another delay again

(I mean that last part is definitely not true, but it's really good)

For short times an old dm-2 or ad-9

For longer times a Delay Llama Xtreme or the Supro. I own both.

Carbon copy & vapour trail a bit dark.

    Not tried a dm-2w

Carbon Copy Mini and Carbon Copy Deluxe. Both have the Bright setting which makes an already fabulous delay perfectly perfect (fect, fect fect...)

I’ve got an Asheville ADG1-SE and a Strymon Brig. They’re both great. The Strymon isn’t technically analogue, but sounds like it is. If I was forced to get rid of one I’d probably keep the Brig due to ease of use and extra features (stereo, multi mode, midi presets/tap)

    Benson.
I've been wanting to try that one but I'm slightly put off by the early onset of feedback. He says he wanted the spaceship noises to be a feature but there's only so much you can do with that sound and I've yet to hear it used to any great musical effect.

+1 for DM-2W, DM-101 is also great but goes beyond my needs

The Mythos Oracle does exactly what I need and is my go to, can't beat the simplicity of it's functionality. I will buy the Asheville at some point though!

It lives with all knobs around 9 o'clock...then tweak to taste...it's quite lively with anything above noon but it can be beautifully subtle too.

I like the Skreddy Echo, which isn’t technically analogue (it’s a PT based delay) but it sounds analogue and has some clever limiting to keep the oscillation and repeats in check when you crank it.

I love my Belle Epoch. It sounds analogue, even if some of it is digital.

Benson is analog-sounding-digital fwiw - same chips as the Skreddy and EQD Disaster Transport.

    Sounds bloody good though

I have the Strymon Brig and love it to bits. Also have a little XVive Echoman which gets crunchier and I love that, too. I had an Asheville ADG-1 up until recently and loved it but it's very clinical as far as analogue delays are concerned. The aforementioned lean further towards the DMM end of the spectrum than the Asheville end, and that's probably why I chose to keep them and sell the ADG-1.
