On a different note

I met Gil Norton in the summer as he had just finished producing their album and I was really looking forward to a new album. Should be interesting to see what happens with them over the next few years.

Jools Holland show has been pretty good so far for the new season.

The Pixies were cool, but I thought the lead guitar was really, really, loud in the mix (to the point of drowning out the vocals)

Tried a few Revs at Vintage and Modern. Fantastic for the money. The bass contour knob makes them seriously versatile. Gorgeous finishes too. If I didn't have other guitars covering similar ground I wouldn't hesitate to buy one

I have these programmes stacking up on the sky+ box, must get around to watching.

I agree with other comments re content, I usually like something on the show.

I gambled and bought a Reverend Manta Ray on ebay when it was a shop in Liverpool that was the UK distributor. I got it cheap as it was an introductory offer. It's so good I bought a mint condition Club King about a year ago. Both great guitars. I feel I'm doing them a dis-service because I don't get a chance to play them outside the house...

I I have a Reverend Warhawk 3900, repaled the stock P90s (sounded like generic Far East p/ups to be honest) with BK P90s. Its a nice guitar, corners have been cut in the right places but I think this is a brand that is hyped. In terms of construction it is not better than my PRS SE1 and way behind my McCarty Soapbar It lacks the bite and sustain of either of these PRSi as well.
