I was never particularly interested in owning a LP Junior, then they went down to £284, LP Junior on the way tomorrow

I'd seen something that I quite fancied last night, not on Amazon.

Planned on heading off to the shop this morning to take a look.

But then I persuaded myself overnight that I really shouldn't.

It's £70 cheaper this morning on Amazon.

It arrives tomorrow.

How long do I have to wait until I put the claim in for a missing key, or a marked gig bag, or a broken string ???

This is what I thought too. At that price, plus hard case, its hard to say no.

Jaysus, sub-£300 for a US Junior with a case... logo or not, if they'd got one in white I'd have the credit card out by now

Although £200 for a Wildkat with nickel hardware's also very tempting, if it wouldn't be such a ballache to swap it for the gold hardware on my Royale I'd have one of those too...

I guess if the neck is an issue then at any price an LPJ isn't a good deal. I've got mans hands so like the neck width ;-p

But the other stuff? Tuners can be changed if you want , stupid hologram , daft signature?

For £284 less 4% cash back , for a USA Les Paul with a nice gold hard case. That's pretty hard to ignore even with a few cosmetic glitches.

Just over £1k for a Les Paul tobacco burst standard after top cash back. That is cheaper than a used one goes for from the laminated fret board era.

I can live with the headstock for that.

Least these will be so unpopular no one will ever bother faking them. In 30 years the 100th anniversary headstock logo guitars will be the ones to have and Gibson will be reissuing.

Looks like Gibson have liquidated their EU stock to Amazon.
