During the covid years I gave myself a task to build/assemble a guitar as quickly as possible. It took two days from drawing up the "plans". I already had the neck and the hardware lying around (hence why I made sure to include "assemble").

All I used was a saw and a drill. It actually sounded pretty good, and was quite comfortable to play. It was all a bit too flexible though, and would go out of tune reasonably quickly. It had a set of 11s on and was down-tuned. It no longer exists, which is a bit of a shame.
