How do you deal with difficult, argumentative partners of your friends?

If you can't be reasonably polite when you come to someone's house then don't come.

I just spent the best part of prime time down the pub hearing out someone whilst there were three shelias at behind the bar.  Women never visit after 8.  Yet I hung in there and the worst was they left.  You need to learn some patience.  You all and get down from your judgemental high horses that you ride.

Without blowing smoke up your Arse, you seem like a decent fella, and a big boy who can cope with this. IMHO, it's better to keep your friends- just invite them up at a frequency you can cope with. Stiff upper lip and all that.
