FWIW you being in an Oasis band Bonehead used the same model Marshall Lead and Bass 50 combo in the early days.

The Peavey thing, by the way, was used (it appears) at certain times when he wanted feedback. You would see him live lean into the Peavy for said feedback… usually, with Private Hell, Eton Rifles etc.
But joy of joys one of those rare Marshall 1987X-pw combos came up for sale yesterday and i snapped it up straight away. These are the ones they only made 50 of around 2008 maybe, the white lead and bass combos with the RAF type blue and red circle. I havent got it yet i have a really long drive to pick it up in couple of weeks.
Picture of them with my SG when they came in for a service. Great sounding amps. Blackstar just put a more recent picture out on Social Media of them as they are now (a little more relic'd due to them being gigged *hard* for a a fair few years now).
Same with Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols.
