    Not a bad start to a Sunday. Just finished this, using a new slightly wider board. Now waiting for the rest of the family to wake up to try it out!

    I've finally got a stereo board wired up and running into a stereo amp (Roland JC-22) and I'm really enjoying the sound at home.

    Signal path is the Freqout to the Phase 95, then to the Micro Chorus, Double Drive and GE-7. At this point it can be routed one of two ways, courtesy of a Bright Onion Shifter Switch patchbox under the board: either to the front of the amp, with the remaining pedals in the amp's FX loop, or to the remaining pedals and then to the front of the amp.

    The stereo fun starts with the Brigadier and then is stereo through the DIG, Immerse and Ditto

    Lots of fun sounds - the DIG has to be heard in stereo to really appreciate it, in my opinion - and some very cost-effective options here too (although possibly five separate gain stages is a little excessive)

    It just about sorta kinda fits on there.

    The Timmy and the Lightspeed are definitely interchangeable albeit slightly different.
    Red ones are better.

    I’m going to get an MC3 to go with my G3 to make accessing midi presets easier.

    Do you just use it with your volante?
    Good deals with: handsomerick, majorscale, gassage, sticker, smudge_lad, anglian, edinfield99, thewiddler, thomfripp, notonlybutalso, JDE, chebellanga

    @BintyTwanger77 ;;

    yeah, I’m a trem addict. They all get used too!

    @keir ;;;

    yes at the moment it’s just controlling the Volante but there will be a midi controllable reverb added at some point (probably a Meris M7). I know I could use the G3 to send midi out but firstly the MC3 is a piece of piss to use (I’m a technology Neanderthal). Plus, I have 6 presets on the Volante on one page of the MC3 which are super easy to access. I’d need to dedicate 6 switches* on G3 purely to Volante presets to get that l.

    * I know there’s hidden presets but I haven’t got that far yet!

    That’s what I want it for, you can set G3 to recall midi as part of a preset but if you want to select them instantly it’s more difficult, need to wait for them the come back into stock….

    I love trem as well, it probably my favourite modulation effect. I’ve got the Harmonious Monk as well, it’s a dream.

    Classic 2

    it would nudge the wah off the side which is frustrating…the gravity was a surprise addition due to me breaking/replacing my mates and having to fix / keep the broken one.

    I’m not great at organising a board .. sounds decent tho

    Yes mate, I use some of the drives on the ms3 mainly the tube screamer and blues driver but I use my amps predominately .
