Signal path is the Freqout to the Phase 95, then to the Micro Chorus, Double Drive and GE-7. At this point it can be routed one of two ways, courtesy of a Bright Onion Shifter Switch patchbox under the board: either to the front of the amp, with the remaining pedals in the amp's FX loop, or to the remaining pedals and then to the front of the amp.
The stereo fun starts with the Brigadier and then is stereo through the DIG, Immerse and Ditto
Lots of fun sounds - the DIG has to be heard in stereo to really appreciate it, in my opinion - and some very cost-effective options here too (although possibly five separate gain stages is a little excessive)
It just about sorta kinda fits on there.
The Timmy and the Lightspeed are definitely interchangeable albeit slightly different.
packs a punch

Do you just use it with your volante?
yeah, I’m a trem addict. They all get used too!
yes at the moment it’s just controlling the Volante but there will be a midi controllable reverb added at some point (probably a Meris M7). I know I could use the G3 to send midi out but firstly the MC3 is a piece of piss to use (I’m a technology Neanderthal). Plus, I have 6 presets on the Volante on one page of the MC3 which are super easy to access. I’d need to dedicate 6 switches* on G3 purely to Volante presets to get that l.
it would nudge the wah off the side which is frustrating…the gravity was a surprise addition due to me breaking/replacing my mates and having to fix / keep the broken one.
Must be some kind of record for me.
