    this morning, got access to my company email on both the Windoze 7 machine, and this 'ere Linux jobby. The only thing I need the old XP machine for now would be running the old PIC C IDE. And hopefully I won't get too many of those jobs coming along ;)

    just been to the seaside (it's blowing a hooley down here, love the seaside in stormy weather) am now at home eating bacon sarnies, drinking tea and about to have a huge slab of homemade apple pie and cream.

    I managed to fix a couple of viruses on my computer! Completely removed from registry and browsers, and without breaking my computer. Probably no big deal to the techy types but the first time I've done it on my own. Was crapping myself during the final restart! ;)
