I've been sim racing a bit on my sons PC (Asseto Corsa and R Factor) and Assetto Corsa Competizione on the Xbox Series X, so hope I've not got too accustomed to pure sims, or to put it another way, I hope Forza Motorsport isn't too far to the simcade side of things. I doubt it will be as I still enjoy Forza 6.
Planning to get a wheel and cockpit at somepoint also.
There are still some gripes from me on it but it’s an excellent game. Better than Starfield
I thought Cyberpunk 2077 was amazing, it's another of the admittingly few games that I've platinumed on the PS4.
I honestly never experienced any bugs in the game - again I didn't buy it on release day but when the price dropped to around £30, and it must be a few years now since I last played it, I haven't played it since I got the last trophy I needed - the shoot a grenade in the air while using the slow motion power, if I knew how to do it - I'm not used to the PS5 user interface and constantly get lost in it and can't find things, I could tell you the exact date, as that trophy was the hardest one I found to get.
A lot of this can be mitigated by just driving slower and walking slower.
Other bugs are mostly funny, like dead NPC floating in the air, or cars got stacked on each other, people standing up in cars. The only game breaking bug was it used to crash, just throw me out of the game about every 4 or so hours of gameplay.
I don't see 7 years of development. So many outposts and mining sites are identical, even down to where items generate and enemies stand. They are exactly the same, if you've seen one cryo outpost you've seen them all. It's appalling given how many random dungeons Skyrim had.
There is too much time spent fast travelling between planets just to speak to people and toonmuch time spent in menus. It's clunky and you don't get much flowing time in missions. Reading people's comments I think I'm going to retire it and try cyberpunk.
Back on Jedi Survivor. Took a good while to remember how everything works so I put it on the easiest mode and now I'm mowing down baddies just like a Jedi should
I just bought Need For Speed Hot Pursuit from the PS store for £4.00, in order to practice my racing skills for indoor carpet racing later today, so far I haven't managed to complete the tutorial first race, never mind finishing it in either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in order to complete the tutorial race.
It took me a few hours to get into the game, but once I figured out the mechanics, and game play, I was hooked, and played nothing else until I got every trophy in it.
That one was quite fun.
I did the unthinkable and downloaded skyrim, and am playing the angriest orc. Heavy armour and a warhammer. I mag learn something to enchant it with fire.
That would make it a warmhammer.
