Based on the sample of 2 letters for the purple? Both of which don't appear in the orange text in upper case, also the exclamation marks in purple are angle different to the one on orange, with them almost being curved to and from the middle in purple but the orange one goes from centre off to left.

Look at the top left of the N in No and compare it to the top of the A in ASAP. They backstroke both, which is unusual/distinctive.
I'd be fairly confident it's the same person has written both. Spacing between the dot and the dash on the exclamation mark is the same too.
