I just noticed this and I'm lost for words. I hope you and your family find the strength to get through this.
It is also very heartening to read through all the comments and know that how very kind people you hardly know other than online can be such a comfort.

This forum is a great place to come good times and bad times.
He was going to sign up here and get into the support and great source of information he enjoyed as a lurker.
I so wish we could have jammed more and got around to rehearsing and gigging, as usual shit always got in the way.
He had all the flaws and anxieties we all have at some point in our lives or more but he was a very gentle guy always willing to help others out, and his smile could and did light up a room.
I was never prouder as father when he and his brother (with a crowd of mates) to support us and actually enjoy the gigs.
