Oh Johnny this is horrible news. I have lost both my parents but cannot imagine how it must feel to lose a child. It's not meant to happen that way. My heart goes out to you all.

I echo what others have said, you need to find a way to grieve properly when the time comes. You have touched on your home life before, and you need to keep your strength mentally and physically to look after your family. They need you more than ever right now. But in a couple of weeks you need to let yourself have the time to let your emotions out. 

You are a man of many words and you write with passion so come on here and get it all out if that is what you need to do. We're all going to listen and we're all here for you.

I would also suggest going for walks and getting fresh air in your lungs. It is easy to get trapped at home as it feels safe but you will feel stronger all round with some exercise.

Please look after yourself mate. Your family need you.
