I'm losing interest in domestic rugby, the Pro12 standard, in particular the officials and Italian teams is woeful.

Terrible product.

Somethinv need to change.

Ashton cited for two biting incidents (dents made by incisors?).

Do you think he has his own chair at the citing office? Do they know how he likes his coffee?

Stupid boy, a lengthy ban should help educate him.

I saw the biting incidents.

I think he was trying to move his mouth away from the arm. And I'm a Saints fan.

I will be upset if Ashton is punished - I don't think there is anything in it at all.

Don't think either of them cover themselves in glory there, I've just had a quick look but 6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other.

It's just a bit of ruck aggression isn't it? His arm is around his face (not near the eyes) and get's pissed off with (presumably) some teeth hitting his forearm? Not sure anyone can say if he bit or not?

It's all bullshit.

Wigglesworth was lucky to not get a yellow for the barge on Waller later on. (If you didn;t see it, Waller was committed to a tackle but DID slow and try and pull out and hit Wiggles a little bit. Waller was then walking away calmly and Wigs ran up behind Waller with no warning and shoved him.)

On the other hand it was completely correct that Waller was yellowed later on for tipping Jamie George. That was monumentally stupid and cost the Saints the game. Just can't beat Sarries with 14 men for 20 minutes (Sam Dickinson was yellowed later too - presumably for just being there)

The most important bit of the entire game though - Louis Picamoles making Billy V look very ordinary indeed.

I have no idea how much Saints are paying for LP, but it's worth every penny. He's awesome.

It was obvious that Picamoles was a bit frustrated with Lee Dickson taking for fucking ever to move the ball, so he just took it and went himself.

I doubt it will be long before Nic Groom is the first choice SH. He's got that Southern hemisphere mentality of not fucking about and getting the ball moving.

Mine too.

I can only imagine it was Salary cap related. Kahn was amazing with Samu Manoa, and now we have another big ball carrying No8, but a slow SH.

Could be interesting - Dickson is club captain so it would be difficult to make him 2nd choice starter.

I think, given his past record, that Gnashton has got off lightly.
