Inbev are not exactly big on cask. they also own the Bass brand but do next to nothing with it, Marstons brew it on their behalf i think
Holts are still independent i think. Hydes are not. They were taken over by Thwaites, who were more recently taken over by Marston's.

If I may digress a little, what about a Prawn Cocktail starter; steak chips peas tomato mushrooms & onion rings for main, finished by Black Forest Gateau? The perfect 70s meal out. (tbh I still quite like it)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself
Mainly cos it does.

Hurlimans (Hooligans) was around in 80s in South Wales...I think that Shepheard Neme still sell this in their pubs (along with Oranjiboom).
Schlitz....American piss.
Holsten Pils (huge in 80s, think it made a brief comeback during the 00's?
Skol has an interesting history...1st Global Beer brand? Pretty much offended anyone and everyone.
