Chelsea. What is going on there!?
    Crazy
it does appear to be a mutual decision - But any new fresh start will always take time to develop so back to square one - Poch had moved it up a notch and as such something to have worked on for next season - The board deserves what they will probably get - Nothing

Poch for Munich or Man U ?
    Neither is my guess.

Got to feel a bit sorry for Poch, but he'll have a nice payoff.

Bayern is a malfunctioning club, so I think he'll avoid. Man U is a maybe though...

He’s not going to “mutually agree” without some incentive
    ;)

A friend of mine is a big Chelsea fan.  I don't think he was ever totally sold on Poch, and certainly he feels progress this season has been disappointingly slow, but I'll see what he has to say tomorrow.

Looking at it from the outside, Poch seems a nice guy and I'd imagine the players like him, but he seemed rather... relaxed throughout his time at Chelsea?  There wasn't much sense of drive or urgency.

Things were definitely starting to take shape though.  It seems mad to go back to square one.  Again.

Chelsea fans huh….they are so used to a new manager coming in and have instant success that they forgot what it is like to actually build something.  Poch has been there a year and a half, completely new squad bar a couple of players like James and Silva.  Itis finally going in the right direction and they want to start again.

Personally, I thank Poch for the great job that he's done.

To have a squad that cost £1bn and still manage to finish below Spurs - not every manager would have managed to do that.

Only an Ex-Spurs manager would have the skillset to do that ;)

Fred and Doreen thought the same when he was at Spurs  - But June 2019 and they were very worried about were they'd put the keys for the trophy cabinet -

I reckon for the next few years, Chelsea fans will look back on Poch's time as a relative success compared with what comes next. A bit like Man Utd with Solskjar , Solshjaer, Solksjaer,   Gollum.

You mean like Spurs, after the various interims (Mourinho, Santo, Conte, et al)?

When it appeared to be a mutual case of departing it makes you ask questions like did Poch want various players in or out and they wouldn't support - Has Poch been tapped up for a job elsewhere and a mutual departure means no compensation needs to be paid by his new 'team' - Maybe a case of neither was happy about the direction required etc

I do agree it doesn't appear to be logical based on he has now had time to prepare for a better season next year - Ditto for Spurs - Granted both will make changes to the squad, but at least they have established a base to work from - Back to square one for Chelsea

Euro 24 predictor is now live with The Telegraph

I'm getting a Germany vs France final. Germany to win.

England out in the semis to France after getting our hopes built up with a win against Italy in the quarters.

Scotland finish 3rd in their group but it's not enough to be in the top four 3rd place spots, losing out with Ukraine.

I ended up with a Germany v Spain final, Spain having knocked England out in the quarters.

That's saved some TV time over the next few weeks.

I had England losing to Germany in the round of 16 haha sorry guys. France were my eventual winners, beating Italy in the final.

I'm weighing up between Austria or Hungary as my team to follow
