I'm with @TimmyO - RB decided that passing the test was important - not abiding by regulations.

I'm worried that this season's excitement might already be over. Either RB have to stop the wing flex, or Mercedes add it half way through the season. Neither possibility is good for racing fun.

Getting away from legalities, spirit of the regs, and all that jazz. If Horner wasn't such a moaning c**t about everyone else, perhaps they wouldn't complain so much about him ;)

Twas ever thus in F1 though!

Horner's moaning has increased since the "Shit That Boils Your Piss" thread was taken down. He no longer has an outlet.

As predicted, Turkish GP won't be happening this year:

One of the best books about racing is Mark Donahue's "The Unfair Advantage". It's a facinating book by a driver/engineer about developing cars and being smarter than your opponents. Must read for race fans!

DJ Jnr is getting a new cap.

(We’re used to buying the ludicrously overpriced team kit for the NFL teams we follow).

So we're all thinking it... I'll say it.

How many laps will Mazepin manage in Monaco? Depending on how hard he bins it, it's feasible that he doesn't even manage one flying lap isn't it?

I'm sort of joking, but at the same time I'm quite worried about him - on a track like this if he involves other cars in an incident he could end up killing someone.

The good news is it's a relatively low speed track, so chances of death are reduced. They've also been doing some land reclamation at Portier, so if he goes off there he's less likely to drown...

In all honestly I can't see him finishing the race and I kinda hope he ends up unhurt but upside down.

Is he really that bad a driver? I mean, how far off the pace is he? Maybe the car is just a nightmare to drive, and he's not approaching it with caution but a more enthusiastic ambition.

Why so much hate? Is he really only in the team because his dad is minted? I thought that about Stroll but he's proving to be a decent driver.

Because he's been an entire minute slower than his own team mate over a race distance.

He's not even in the Maldonardo class - at least he was damn fast and just wasn't able to learn to keep it on the road. Mazespin might be the least deserving of an F1 seat in history.

Although to give him some credit - it appears he did move for blue flags when the blues actually started being used...
