Genuinely the best race I can remember since Jenson’s epic Canada win in 2011.

Absolutely brilliant and those last 10 laps seem to be further proof that these new cars have achieved exactly what we hoped they would

And a really incredible picture of Zhou. There will be changes to walls and fences after this without a doubt - if the car had caught fire it would have been very different

He would have had P2 if Checo hadn’t completely pushed him off the track. Max did it to Mick Schumacher too, but no sign of any penalties for either of them.

Both these were shown on TV and commentators mentioned them at the time.  I was waiting to see the stewards react and was surprised there was nothing.

Checo pushing Lewis off the track was literally playing on the screen behind him while he was talking to Jenson before the podium. They didn’t even mention it on Channel 4, I was pretty surprised too. There was a message at the top of the screen during the race that said “Incident noted”.

Lewis backed out of it around the outside of Leclerc. 
If you're on the outside, you are putting yourself at risk unless you are ahead.  You won't get penalised for running someone out over the lines unless it's a big deviation to do so.

Great race. 

Glad Zhou was ok, that was a horrible crash. The crowd behind the catch fence must’ve been shitting themselves when he went over the tyre wall.

Jesus. He was lucky to hit that fence floor first. 

Can't imagine how that would have ended up without the halo. A very dead and most likely decapitated driver most likely.

The top of the roll hoop looks to have been completely shredded as it scraped along the ground. It's pretty clear without the halo things would have been very different
