I got my presale link however currently on Wembley presale shows on Ticketmaster, was there an option to specify a venue when submitting entry that I didn’t notice?

No, the only option was England, Wales or Ireland

It’s f*cked up for us - kicked Mrs to back of queue after freezing. I’ve elected not to go and look after the little one after a lot of deliberation. Got too much stuff to pay for to justify £150. A bit sad but it’s the grown up decision.

Edit - she got them. Now for the squeaky bum time as I await £600 plus to come back from her friend and cousins and her so I can pay my credit card.

I didn’t get access… pretty sad. I’ve seen people on X saying they’re going to multiple gigs. Selfish fucking wankers. I’ll try tomorrow but I have zero expectations.

I really don't think that they will leave anybody willing to pay £150 at the door - meaning they will grab as much money as they can. The first gigs will sell out of course but there will be many many more.

They’re already going for ludicrous prices on Stub Hub . Ticketmaster have apparently said they will look at cancelling tickets sold much over face value - although how this would be checked and enforced I have no idea. If Stub Hub is theirs, it’s apparently going great already.

Touts and scalpers really need legislating against - it really isn’t proper capitalism which is usually the excuse. They offer nothing and add no value to any transaction. The only ‘service’ they can possibly give is combatting scarcity, but they are manufacturing that scarcity. No love for Ticketmaster, but they will have significant server/email/electricity/staffing resources put into this that the scalpers are effectively stealing from IMO.

If for no other reason than Noel probably has to give his ex wife some of the money for High Flying Birds, but unlikely for Oasis

Logged into the Dublin show there for the craic and I was 333858 in the queue ha! And it has gone down to 331257 after 6 minutes. Couldn't be bothered with all of that. Good luck to the people who really are serious about getting tickets. But they will put on more shows and rake in as much money as possible. They are not exactly doing this for artistic reasons.

They don't go on sale for 40 minutes and the ticket sites are already acting like it's the late 90s...
