went shopping with Andre the giant yesterday........................... well   he was in Waitrose near here with his wife and kiddies
For a centre,  he is bloody massive and contrarily  she's tiny     -  I see Quins are playing Bath today, which is a few miles down the road from there, so I guess they came down early ?!?!  tho why he would be there,  Ive no idea

I'd have liked to see that even if Tuilagi was fit.  He's not the threat with ball in hand that he was 10 years ago.  He's 32 now and we need to be looking to the future.

Lawrence needs to stay at 13 where he's ripping it up for Bath.

Tuilagi is different gravy to any other option.

If you want to be a bit daring- Olly Hartley. The last thing I want to see is us going back to a 60 capper with flaky defence who has never really fulfilled his potential.

Agreed. Certain older players need to stay in order to transfer experience to the youngest ones, but it's time to place trust in a few of the youngsters as starters.

England have a really good problem emerging.

Itoje, Martin and Chessum- all fantastic.

One therefore must play at 6, which allows Ben Earl to do Ben Earl things at 8.

    Who? For me it's Martin.

While I appreciate the news update, I will genuinely eat my hat if Nick Easter's a member here.

Copied and pasted from my Twitter.

Although Nick has a lovely AVRI 57 in black and his Line6 amp. Massive Knopfler fan and actually can play a bit.

Sam Vesty and Greg Alldritt are both serious guitarists. Alldritt got a load of freebies off Gibson recently

    RIP JPR.

As a youngster I remember well listening to the Lions matches on the radio late at night.

Andy Farrell given the job of coach for the Lions Tour to Australia - Surely a good move  - Pity he was never given/offered the England job - But I suspect a northern lad from Wigan would not be appropriate to those who wear the right Blazers

Sure the RFU cast him aside with Stu Lancaster, Graham Rowntree and Mike Catt after 2015 World Cup. I know going out the the group stage was pretty grim, but their group was tough and there was a huge amount of pressure. Also, Sam Burgess.

Irish rugby did pretty well out of the RFU haste.

    Noise, randomness, ballistic uncertainty.

I hope they are lining up Farrell to replace Borthwick after the next World Cup. Let's get Shaun Edwards too, while we're at it!

he simply didnt fit in,  they tried desparately to accomodate him, tried different positions  - he just didnt make the transition - bit like Farrel Snr  - some do, some dont.  They cant all be Jason Robinsons, no matter how good they are in League
