Same, I keep the alarm on for the meat probe but just monitor the bbq temp probe.

First attempt at a rotisserie chicken, very impressed by the results ! Just a simple salt, pepper and a little oil rub.

Got another chicken in the fridge ready to go on tomorrow

Sausages, burgers and some chicken skewers today from my dad as he relearns how to bbq properly.

What inkbird temperature sensor thingy should we use? I wanna buy him one.

How often do people with BBQs here tend to fire it up during summer? We got one 3 weeks back and have probably used it four times and I want another on Friday but starting to feel like it might be a bit antisocial on neighbours!

There's always someone on our street BBQ at the weekends So I don't feel it's bad form to join in whenever I feel like it.

One set of neighbours has just moved out the other never comes outside anyway (neither related to us BBQing or Guitaring!) so I’m probably being daft. I reckon the smoke goes quite far though. 

Anyhow we got a Weber 5730 and I’ve been so impressed with it. Really enjoying it so far.

Looks great! What pizza oven do you have?

It's an Ooni Pro 16. We have the gas attachment but almost always use charcoal and wood. Good fun (but you might want to wait for their sales before buying).
