They have only done fairly limited runs, selling all of them to date would only be 1000 sales, a lot of which were 100 quid bullet jobs.

Oh the other case was more expensive but they offered an exchange. Then they rang me back for £40 or something after everything had been agreed. There was a lot of wasted time and miscommunication to get to this point. It's more the service angle than the money. I don't like hassle. I bought a more expensive case somewhere. It fits. I'm happy now

The problem I have with the shop is parking; if I go out that way and am driving past I'll stop if there's a space or carry on going if there isn't.

I once got a ticket there, as the signage (a mile away) saying there's traffic restrictions was blocked from view.

Well there's me...

I love purple as a colour and on a guitar but I'm not so interested in it being associated with Andertons unfortunately. I am definitely not their target market though...

I've used Andertons for plenty over the years. One thing that does erk a bit is their international policies - with recent orders I've had them open the item & test it, and get me to confirm that basically I get no warranty if there's any issues. I haven't had any issues (and god knows I wouldn't have wanted to ship a drumkit back to them from the UAE) but it's a bit meh. 

Compared to Peach, who I ordered an amp from a couple of weeks ago and it arrived 2 days later. No hassle, no messing about. Superb stuff.

a quick browse around companies house shows them being very profitable,  whilst the sun shines they won't change anything. when it hits the fan expect the customer experience to improve.
