I'd assume the "I'm from space" comment is a setup for La'an to go "You're from Iowa, you only work in space..."

I dropped a ridiculous £40 for the 4k version of SNW season one the other day.

Just needed to share the love, I'm not saying if Picard Season 3 is £100 I'd buy it, but let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I'm glad nu-Trek has now reached the level I love it, not just like it.

TBF - there have been bits since Season 2 of Discovery I've loved (Pike,Spock and Una were always brilliant), and simply having Trek back has been nice, but really now it's as good as it's been for a very long time.

But as a comedy line "You have an... energy... it's making me sweat..." is brilliant.

Lower Decks is set in the TNG era a few years post-Nemesis, about 120 years after Strange New Worlds, so imagine Time Travel Shenanigans will be involved.

Will likely be a lot of fun, given the writers strike we won't see a lot more love action trek for a while after Discovery's final season early in 2024.

Yeah thats what I thought..  That will certainly be an interesting episode..  Looking forward to it.

All Trek will end up on Paramount when current deals on other streamers end.

IIRC it’s only Picard and Lower Decks on Amazon now. The rest is all Paramount.

You can still buy Discovery on Amazon, SNW nowhere near though.

Paramount plus gets better all the time but they need their whole catalogue on there to really compete.
