The White Whale is a great pedal, I use it as my only pedal at times. It has been on my "main" board but I'm terrified of it getting damaged in transit or something, what with the real spring tank, and it's quite expensive to replace.

Happy with this now. Will stay in this config for the foreseeable I reckon. Added the ES-5 to give me some more midi options as my PXL8-Live could only send two messages. I also made one of them there propheshunal looking tiers to lift the PX5 and Stomp over the ES-5 mountain. Painted black and covered in velcro they look like they belong.

 Broadcast dual is great. I gigged with it a lot. generally coupled it with FTT Sov2. Left side low gain side was always on. It has a very different texture and EQ than normal ODs. You don't loose highs when you roll off the volume on the guitar. It tought me to use volume on the guitar. High gain side was also very useable, like a fuzz. But again by using the volume on the guitar you can get rythm crunch to high gain fuzz and it works during live as well. The last but not the least, it gets on very well with neck pickups. Hope this helps...

Thinking about this for a mini board. Although I think that the Lightspeed clone and ODR-C will cover a lot of the same ground.

I think I’ll probably sell the Metro 16 as it’s just a TAD too small. There’s quite a bit of redundant space on here that can only be filled by mini pedals, but Ideally I’d have a Flint on here and I’d probably be able to cover all my songs from both bands. So, will probably look into a slightly larger board without going mad

Yes, Romany Plus 1x12” with reverb, fender knobs & a couple of coats of ronseal varnish to darken up the anemic tweed a bit....with pets on top
