All trains in Wales cancelled tomorrow. Most schools closed. I’m in Cardiff, luckily working from home, but I do have to walk into the city centre at lunchtime… hopefully the worst will be over by then.

My kids school shut tomorrow too and we're in Dorset. It's down to the council cancelling the busses rather than issue at the school itself.

I wouldn't cancel, but getting back from Germany might be an issue.

Oh-oh......   I've just checked....   not only am I in the red zone for winds but there's a flood warning for the village...   We've got a high spring tide at 07:25 which the winds are going to push up the estuary.

As I am considered "Operationally necessary" I have to try to get to work too.

Should be fun !

I just hope my greenhouse survives.

I'm at work (Dorset) and all day services for people with learning disabilities are closed tomorrow as advised by the Council. 
At the moment it's not even 30mph but climax is supposed to be between 05:00 and 13:00.

South Wales looks to be hit worse ATM.................and Epney Glos.  WSM on the TV earlier looked quite "calm"  @ 7am......................  we're getting gusts but nothing terrible (yet)

Just NW of Pen Y Fan here, Wales - Windy, but it always is, nothing out of the ordinary so far which is good. Expecting power cuts though, always have issues when things pick up.
