Wet Leg looked liked they'd only just started playing guitar a few days ago!
(did anyone see the white sticker labels on the side of the singer's fretboard?

Real buzz about them though - and somebody's got a talent for songwriting there... (kinda Elastica meets Wicker Man vibe going on there as well).

And let's be honest - Dry Cleaning is a crap name for a band.
Yes but she's learned that all important F barre chord and could play it all over the neck. What a waste of a telecaster. I'd have confiscated it.
On balance... I prefer sweet grapes.
You are the dreamer, and the dream...

Compared to yesterday, not much has done it for me today... Big Thief today's only highlight, and I quite enjoyed Beabadoobee's set.  Tomorrow looks more promising with Fontaines DC, Turnstile and Amyl and the Sniffers, and intrigued to see how Kendrick goes down.

I watched Foals this afternoon and they were awesome

Whenever I listen to Foals I often wonder how they write such good songs.

Caribou's phased guitar sound was excellent. As was the filter on the bass

    Noel Gallagher really is boring.
Really?  He’s written a fair few festival-pleaser tunes.  I’d not mind being that boring.

am currently watching a band called youngblood atm (never heard of them before i have to admit).

the frontman is flipping great i have to say (nobody can accuse him of not giving it 100%)

the guitarist and drummer are also great.

    *other peoples opinions may differ.

i did enjoy st vincent also but i think she was having a few tech difficulties at some point (although i could be wrong).

Yungblud is the singer and is the son of renowned scam artist, faker and crook Justin Harrison.

    Puts me off somewhat

Just watched the Billie Eilish set, I'm seemingly in the minority on here but I thought it was fantastic, really enjoyed it all the way through and was a refreshing change from the aging rock bands or indie bands from 20 years ago.

I thought she was brilliant. Not enough Finneas for me in shot but obviously musically he's all over it anyway so it's all good. I think he's a classy musician and I always enjoy the energy between them. Can tell he is one proud older brother.

Highlight of Glastonbury for me so far
Please note my communication is not very good, so please be patient with me

Noels performance just shows how his brother makes such a difference to the overall delivery of the songs.
    Dont worry, be silly.

Or, it’s an opportunity to watch the Plant/Krauss set again.

Enjoyed TLC and Plant's still got it!

Oddly enough now that Robert Plant can no longer reach those upper registers he's a better singer in my opinion because of it. He's obviously looked after his voice but as a singer gets older they lose the top end. If you ever saw Zeppelin live then Plant used to ruin songs by all the screaming and wailing and over indulgence and could become tiresome. He was obviously reined in on the studio albums, which is just as well, as Zeppelin wouldn't have become my favourite band of all time. As you say @crosstownvamp he's still got it and Plant and Kraus has been the high spot for me so far. It was a graveyard shift unfortunately and I think the audience might have enjoyed it more when they were mellowed out a bit more at the end of the evening when we lost the light. Alison Kraus' stuff with Union Station is worth checking out. She's a superb talent.
I saw him on the Page & Plant tour in the mid 90s. It was an incredible show but the vocal cracks were starting to show.
I won tickets for the Led Zep Ahmet Ertegun gig at the O2 but couldn't make it. I'm kinda glad cos I think it would have spoiled the Zep legacy for me cos some of the footage I've seen Percy is really struggling.
But this set with Alison Krauss really suits him and he sounds really good. Like, really good. Fair play to him.
