It genuinely sucks that a lot of industries just continue making things worse and worse through actions that are increasingly greedy - but our need for gratification as a society means we grumble and put up with it. The video game industry is especially annoying to me lately, with its emphasis on "whales" being targeted with microtransactions.

They played a straight bat first within a few hours of logging it, but when quoting previously upheld ASA "misleading" cases, the fact that it appeared under a different section to the normal tickets and the use of word "platinum" they have now gone off for further investigations twice and being very polite about it.
Got more up the sleeve as well in terms of other legalities, including the speed at which to buy, presentation of buying process as well as these "normal" tickets all being sold out with some screenshots.
Will keep updated in case its useful for others with "platinum". Cos if it works for me, precedent is key. It appears that if the prices were inflated for the normal seats under "in demand" that is fine under dynamic pricing, but because they are re branded/in a different it appears they have other benefits to customers and are thus misleading.
